The following are the answers to some of the most frequrntly asked questions.
How much does it cost to participate in the TASK program?
We have three options for participation.
- GOLD MEMBERSHIP
This is a $480 yearly fee that allows your child to participate in any program we offer throughout the year, with the exception summer camp which is $125. - SILVER MEMBERSHIP
This is a $250 year fee- there is a $40 charge for each program your child participates in. TASK Camp fee is $150. - BRONZE MEMBERSHIP
There is no yearly fee. Program cost is $75 per activity. TASK Camp is $175. Memberships are non-transferable.
Is my member fee tax deductible?
No. It is not a donation.
My child only participates in one or two activities a year. Do I have to sign up for a level?
If you do not register as a gold or silver member, then you are, by default, a bronze level member and pay $75 per sport/activity.
Where does the fundraising income go?
The income from our annual fundraisers has been used for facility expenses, insurance, equipment, office and administrative expenses. TASK has been saving some of this income when possible for the future of your children and future children.
Where will the facility be located?
In February 2012, TASK moved into its home at 980 Horan, Fenton, Missouri, 63026 located at Hwy 44 and Bowles.
When will the renovations be complete?
Renovations to make the current facility meet our needs are divided into 3 phases. Phases will be completed as capital campaign funds are raised. We hope to hold our first official TASK activity in the fall of 2012.
What will the facility offer?
We envision a facility with 2 indoor basketball courts, a game room, fitness center, storage, office space, classrooms, an art studio, kitchen facilites for cooking classes, dance/drama area and outdoor softball and soccer fields. In addition life skills classes will also be held. Our goal is to be able to offer almost all activities under one roof.
Can I register my child on line?
At this time, online registration is not available. You can download and print applications and registrations and either mail, fax or email them to us.
